Good luck to everyone involved in this year's Rally Evo ...
... supported by the City of Newport. The rally is following on from a number of very successful Lombard Rallies which have been so well organised by Kenny Owen and his team.
The name may be changing but the standard of the event won’t be! I know that this year’s event, held mainly in Wales, will be a great challenge just like the previous events and will carry on the traditions of toughness of the more recent Lombard’s and indeed the original ones in the ’70’s and ‘80’s in which I was
lucky enough to compete many times.
I hope to be out and about on this year’s event and if you are competing you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are in a “proper rally” just like those of yesteryear.
